Founder and CEO

Richard was practically born into the construction industry and has worked hard to obtain an impressive variety of skills throughout his life. He is a multi-talented musician, drinker of IPAs, and an avid backpacker. Richard steers the ship and our vision - you can always count on him for big dreams for our team. When he is out on the floor, the teams knows everything needs to be ship-shape.

Stephen Olsen 

Founder and COO

 Stephen is an Oregon Native and a 49ers fan. He's done a variety of interesting jobs - from heavy hauling to building tiny homes. He is a proud papa to two dachshunds and gives excellent compliments. You can find Stephen hyping up our team out on the shop floor.

Cassandra Saude 

Director of Client Experience

Cassie is a tea-drinking bookworm who can always be persuaded to get outside for a hike or to garden. She loves to sing and dance and is currently learning piano. Cassie is an alleged hippie and witch, but the only magic we’ve know her to do is to coordinate our chaos. When she isn't enchanting charts, she is making clients' design wishes come true.
